How does a Private Voxer Date work?
A Private Voxer Date is spacious and free flowing, which allows for processing and more thoughtful exchanges between us.
Voxer is an app that allows us to exchange voice and text messages.
During a Private Voxer Date, we’ll be in touch over Voxer to dive deep into whatever is keeping you from creating consistent cash flow and removing any obstacles to moving forward with your online business more easily and successfully.

Once you’ve claimed your spot, we’ll be in touch to book your date and 4-hour time block on my calendar.
What’s great about a Private Voxer Date is that you don’t need to free your entire day for this.
A Private Voxer Date is a very family-friendly, busy-life-living kind of day!

If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one – it’s free.
We’ll add each other on Voxer, and you can send me a message in advance to tell me more about what you’d like to cover during our day together.
This way, we can dive right in when your day starts.
You can use Voxer on your phone or on your desktop.

We’ll be exchanging messages throughout the time of the Date at a steady yet relaxed pace.
The best thing about a Private Voxer Date is that we have space in between messages to take action, think about ideas, ask clarifying questions and more.

Will this be right for me?
YES, if…

What if we’re in different timezones?
I’ll be available between 9am Eastern – 5pm Eastern, so I can accommodate most times zones for this 3-hour block.
How much time is included in a Private Voxer Date?
You’ll have access to me for your 4-hour scheduled block of time, typically between 9am -5pm Eastern.
This doesn’t mean we’ll be communicating nonstop for 4 hours. That’s just the window during which we’ll be exchanging messages.
Please note that Private Voxer Dates are NOT able to be split up or traded for other times, days or hours.
How will I know if there is an available date that work for me?
I promise that we will be able to find a mutually agreeable weekday date for your Private Voxer Date. If for some reason we can’t, I will refund your payment.
How available do I need to be over a Private Voxer Date?
During a Private Voxer Date, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace throughout the Date.
To be clear, this isn’t a non-stop 4-hour chat. That’s just the window of time during which we’ll be exchanging messages back-and-forth.
We’ll be speaking and listening throughout the time at a somewhat steady flow, yet totally relaxed pace. This is not a ‘live’ conversation, but rather text or audio messages, so there’s breathing room think, process, and take action.
How long should my messages be? Do they have to be audio only?
Succinct-ish is best (about 3 minutes or so each), but don’t worry if you feel like you’re rambling. As a verbal processor myself, I totally get that simply talking out your thoughts can bring clarity.
A Private Voxer Date is a bit magic like that. 😉
Also, you can totally text the entire time, no need to speak at all! Or do a combo! Whatever works for you. 🙂
What if I need to reschedule?
Sometimes Life interrupts, right? I get it! So, if you need to reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice. Since my Private Voxer Dates are so limited, I may be able to bump someone else sooner on the calendar if I have enough notice.
If you do need to reschedule, please email me at alicia@aliciaforest.com at least 24 hours in advanced. You may rebook your Private Voxer Date ONCE and on any of the remaining dates available before March 31, 2024. After that date, there are no refunds or reschedules allowed.
What's your refund policy?
As spots are very limited, once your date is booked, it is yours and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you can do so ONCE and before April 30, 2024 with 24 hours notice. Once our Date has been completed, as with all of my private coaching, there are no refunds.
What kind of topic is not a good fit for a Private Voxer Date?
Here are some examples of things that aren’t a good fit for a Private Voxer Date:
- Anything that requires intense review or where you need to show me things on video.
- Specific teaching, training or tech support, as it doesn’t really suit this format. However, I can give you loads of guidance. I can do limited reviews and give you feedback on things, but please make sure you have sent a copy at least 24 hours in advance.
- Counseling, therapy or legal advice. This is not a replacement for professional support.
Is Voxer free?
Yes, it is. And it’s available for both mobile and desktop.
What happens after I reserve my spot?
Once you have reserved your spot with your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from me, with next steps on how to book your date on my calendar, followed by an intake form to best prep for our Date.
